- Name of the person in charge of payments (Clients) and Telephone and email of the person in charge of payments

- Name, telephone and e-mail of any other person necessary to contribute to the optimal management of the commercial relationship.
- If required, any additional information that the authority requires to comply with any tax or legal provision.
Use of information from the general public: The data we collect from the general public will be used to inform the public of the dates of events, lists of exhibitors, information related to the events that we consider important to publicize or evaluate the services we are offering them.

The different ways in which we collect this information are the following:
- Pre-registration form on the events website.
- Paper registration forms, sent to the contact’s address.
- Registration forms at event accreditation.
- Telephone update of data.
Under special circumstances, the Asociación Nacional de Industriales y Distribuidores para la Industria Gráfica, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC) establishes commercial agreements with Chambers, Associations or companies that are professionally engaged in the collection of specialized information, to obtain databases of individuals and/or companies related to the exhibitions or events it carries out. These directories, lists or databases, as well as the companies that provide them must be sources authorized by Law and have their own privacy policies where the use of the information by third parties is allowed.
We inform the general public that to enter any of our events, it is required to wear an identification badge provided by the Asociación Nacional de Industriales y Distribuidores para la Industria Gráfica, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC), which contains the following information:
- Full name of the person
- Company
- Position
- Bar code that identifies the person
- RFID band with code that identifies the person.
Exhibitors may have different technological equipment that will allow them, once the badge has been read, to obtain the data provided by the visitor to the Asociación Nacional de Industriales y Distribuidores para la Industria Gráfica, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC) at the time of registration.
The general public accepts in advance that at the moment of allowing the reading of the badge, they are authorizing the company in question to use their data according to the privacy policies of this company.

With respect to the information obtained from the individuals or legal entities with which the Asociación Nacional de Industriales y Distribuidores para la Industria Gráfica, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC) has a commercial relationship, the use given to this information is the following:
- Elaboration of contracts
